1.   Products

1.1   All products on our website are available from Hunstanton Florists;

1.2   Some flowers/plants can be harmful/poisonous .  If you require any information regarding this please contact us before submitting an order.

1.3   All flowers/plants are subject to availability.  We reserve the right to substitute any flowers of equivalent value and quality without notice.

 

2.   Orders

2.1    All orders can be placed over the telephone on 01485 534659 or by emailing us at hunstantonflorists@hotmail.com

2.2    Whilst placing your order you will need to provide us with details of the intended recipient and a contact number for the person placing the order.

3.   Delivery 

3.3    Our delivery service covers the areas within a 10 mile radius of Hunstanton

3.2    Deliveries of flowers/plants will be made between the hours of 9am to 6pm.  Apart from funeral orders. We unable to specify delivery times for funeral orders.

3.3    If the delivery driver is unable to find the recipient to accept delivery they will either be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.  If both of these options are unavailable a calling card will be left and the delivery will be returned to Hunstanton Florists where we will await to hear from the recipient.

3.4    All orders are only taken out for delivery once.

 

4.   Cancellation 

4.1    Orders may be cancelled/amended up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date.

5.   Refunds

5.1   Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management. Because of the perishable nature of our products you are advised to make any complaints within 1 working day of the delivery of your flowers.  We always endeavour to reach an agreement with the purchaser for a replacement or refund depending on the nature of the complaint.  Please return the flowers or provide photographs.

               

6.   Disclaimer

6.1    We shall not be liable for any delay or inability to perform our obligations to you if such delay or inability is due to any cause whatsoever beyond our reasonable control.
